What exactly does 'Flexible workspace' mean?
Flexible workspace can be broken down into various different types of workspaces.
The most common being Coworking spaces, where you can book hot desks and fixed desks to use on an hourly or daily basis. Coworking spaces are often large banks of desks where multiple people from all sorts of companies will sit alongside one another while getting their work done. Think of it as coinhabiting an office, hence the term 'Coworking'.
Another type of Flexible workspace is a Serviced Office. Serviced Offices are offices that come fully fitted with office furniture such as desks, chairs, sofas, office storage and everything else you'll need to get started. These offices are referred to as 'Plug 'n' Play' offices, as you only need to bring a computer or laptop with you to get started.
