What happens if we're full for the day?

What do I do if I receive a request for a day that we're fully booked?

If you're already full for the day and receive a booking request for the whole day, or a part of the day, you can simply deny or cancel the request in the 'Booking History' tab of your dashboard.

Just head over to the 'Booking History' tab at the top of your dashboard. You will then have a breakdown of all of your bookings in a list format below you.

Select the booking you wish to decline/cancel and hit the 'Cancel' button. This will remove the booking from your calendar and trigger an email letting the attendees know that the booking has been cancelled.
