I can't book the space that I want, what is happening?

I can't access my usual space and book it, what can I do?

If you are trying to book a workspace that you regularly use and your preferred spot is not available, there are a number of different reasons why you may not be able to book it for your desired time slot.

It's possible that the workspace may be full, as most flexible workspaces rent out their workspaces to many different companies and individuals. 

Alternatively, it might be that someone else has booked a space that you have previously used so it is not showing up as available to book. If this is the case, you can book any other available space within the workspace. If there are no available workspaces you can try to book a space for a different day, or head back to the search page and look for an alternative workspace. 

As workspaces can fill up rather quickly, we would advise booking ahead where possible to ensure you the workspace will be able to welcome you on your required dates.
