What is the longest and shortest amount of time I can book a workspace for?
This can vary greatly depending on which workspace you plan on booking, so we advise you to always check the workspace provider's Terms & Conditions which will give you an insight into how long you can access a singular workspace for once it is booked.
As a rough guideline, if the workspace provider accepts hourly bookings, you can book a desk or meeting room for a minimum of 1 hour. Some workspace providers may only accept half-day or full-day bookings as a minimum so it's always best to check before making a booking. Most workspace providers will cap their time limit to their opening hours, meaning if you book a workspace from 9am to 5pm, then you will have a maximum of 8 hours access to the space.
Again, this can vary depending on each workspace provider's usage policies so we recommend asking for clarity on closing times/when the space closes to all members for the day when you arrive at your booking.
