How do I create budget tiers/allowances for my employees?

How do I allocate my employees a budget allowance?

When logged in as an Employer, head over to the 'Employees' tab at the top of the page. From there, you can navigate to the 'Employee allowance' section at the top of the screen. 

Next to the 'Budget Assigned' square in the top right, you will have three squares that are marked as 'Tier Allowance' etc. To edit the monetary value for each tier, click on the 'Cog' icon in the top right corner of each box. A pop up will appear, allowing you to change the allowance limit.
