How do I cancel/modify a booking?

How do I change my booking time?

Currently you can only cancel bookings that have been made. If you wish to change a booking time, then we suggest that you cancel the slot you booked and then re-book a new slot with at your preferred time.

When logged in as an Employee, head over to the 'My Bookings' tab at the top of the screen. From there, you will have a list of your workspace bookings displayed. If you wish to amend a booking, simply click the 'Cancel booking' link highlighted in orange on the booking card. You will then receive an email notifying you of the cancelled booking. You can then re-book a time slot at your desired workspace at a time that suits you.
