How do I amend/cancel a meeting room booking?

Can I alter a meeting room booking time?

As many workspace providers rent out their meeting rooms both internally and externally, it is important that we provide ample warning when notifying workspace providers about meeting room bookings in order to prevent any diary clashes. The workspace provider may reject a new booking request if it clashes with another booking on their end.

Currently you can only cancel bookings that have been made. If you wish to change a booking time, then we suggest that you cancel the slot you booked and then re-book a new slot with at your preferred time.

When logged in as an Employee, head over to the 'My Bookings' tab at the top of the screen. From there, you will have a list of your workspace bookings displayed. If you wish to amend a booking, simply click the 'Cancel booking' link highlighted in orange on the booking card. You will then receive an email notifying you of the cancelled booking. You can then re-book a time slot at your desired workspace at a time that suits you.
